Pipeline inspection

Small bore for pipe sizes 3-8 inch

This system incorporates a high resolution digital camera and hydrophone arrangement. This is then navigated into the main through an in line fitting (ie quadrena/air valve) and is electronically driven up to a distance of 100 metres in any direction.

The software identifies the smallest of leaks by passing the sensor head over the leak site. Unlike conventional leak detection systems, this process is successfully used for all pipe materials and multiple deployments can be carried out within the same timescales as conventional detection methods.

All inspections include a full data report presented to our clients in paper/DVD format.

Large bore pipe work 8 inch and above

This enters the main through an in line fitting (ie quadrena/air valve), drogues are attached then this is carried with water flows, and can cover a distance up to 500 metres.
